Birth Doula

Birth doulas are an essential and often missing part of the birth team. While the most of your birth team is focused on your baby, your Momager doula is there for you and your personal support person(s) by providing physical, mental and emotional care throughout your labor.

The Momager Approach

Your birthing team should be made up of individuals you trust. Aside from your medical team, your Momager is a trusted and essential part of your birth team there to support and advocate for you ensuring you are heard. When you reach out to get your very own Momager, your experience will be bespoke to you and your needs. You will have an intake meeting so we can jot down some details and preferences in order to match you with one of our Momagers. Once matched you will have prenatal meetings with your Momager Birth Doula to learn more about the birth process, ask questions, do some fun birthy activities, craft a birth plan and more to prepare for labor.
