About Us

The Momager Company is an agency of like-minded, inclusive birth workers and parenting support professionals. We offer many services, specializing in full spectrum doula support, meal services, lactation coaching and placenta encapsulation services.

Founded in 2018 by mother and full spectrum doula, Taja Iglesias, The Momagers are providing parents with what Taja, herself, desired as a young parent: complete support throughout her transition into parenthood and beyond. With her experience and approachable intake process, she has created a place to match a “Momager” from her team to an interested birthing or parenting person in a way that will create a trustworthy and genuine relationship between parent and momager.

The down to earth trustworthy and understanding relationship between parents and Momagers is something Taja deeply desired as a black/Latinx LGBTQ+ parent and is grateful for the ability to curate these working relationships with parents supporting them from conception to kinder graduation and beyond.
